How it works
Two sides, one same-session handoff.
Whether you're booking a shoot or shooting one, here's exactly what happens from start to finish.
For clients
Book a photographer.
Search by location and gear tier
Tell us where and when you need a shoot, then pick phone (fast, affordable) or camera + laptop (full editing on site).
Book and pay
Checkout authorizes your card and holds the payment in escrow — nothing is released to the photographer yet.
Photographer shoots and edits
A certified photographer accepts, shows up, shoots, and edits right there on site.
Receive your delivery
Finished photos and videos land in your gallery before the photographer leaves.
Confirm delivery
Confirm you received everything and the held payment releases to the photographer. If you don't confirm within 24 hours, it releases automatically.
Rate the shoot
Rate across categories — photo quality, editing, professionalism, on-time delivery, and more — to help other clients choose.
For photographers
Shoot, deliver, get paid.
Get certified
HNC isn't open signup. New photographers go through a certification review before they can accept paid jobs.
Set your availability
Publish specific bookable time windows on your calendar instead of a blanket online/offline toggle.
Get booking requests
Clients book against your open slots. You accept or decline each scheduled request.
Run the job
Track the job through arrival, shooting, and editing status right from your active job screen.
Upload deliverables
Upload finished files straight to the platform so there's a delivery record tied to the booking.
Get paid
Once the client confirms (or 24 hours pass), the held payment is captured and released to you. Track it all in Earnings.
